Guests can also enjoy access to Casa Praia’s exclusive beach club, just steps from the ocean, with beautiful gardens, a restaurant, and direct beach access. The house is ideal for families or couples looking to relax, surf, and explore the best of Jacó and the Central Pacific coast.

The neighbourhood

Casa Praia sits one minute from downtown Jacó, and that is the whole point: you are inside a quiet, secure gated community, but the town is a short walk away.

The community itself is part of the stay: a private beach club with tropical gardens, a restaurant, and direct beach access, steps from the ocean, plus a community gym.

Downtown Jacó is a vibrant beach town — restaurants, surf shops, and nightlife, busy by day and by night. Some of the best surf breaks on the Central Pacific are minutes from the door.

Beyond the town, Manuel Antonio National Park is about 40 minutes away, and the nature parks and beaches of the Central Pacific coast are easy day trips.

Getting here: most guests fly into San José (SJO), roughly 90 minutes away by transfer. Arriving by car is simple — there is free parking on the premises, free street parking, and an EV charger on site.

Welcome The Town at Praia! We want every guest to enjoy a safe and relaxing stay, so please take a moment to review these important rules before your arrival.

1. Registered Guests Only
Only the guests listed in your reservation are allowed on the property.
Unauthorized visitors or extra guests are not permitted under any circumstance.
Our security team has full authorization to deny or block entrance to anyone not included in the booking.

If you wish to invite someone, please request approval from the Host in advance. Unapproved guests or gatherings will result in immediate cancellation of the stay.

2. Quiet Hours
Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. This helps keep a peaceful environment for everyone.

3. Pool and BBQ Area
Use is exclusively for registered guests. Please supervise children at all times.

4. Respect the Space
No parties, no loud music, and no smoking inside the house.
Please rinse off sand before entering the home or pool.

5. Security
Praia is a private gated community with 24/7 security. Always close the main gate after entering or leaving.

6. Care for the Home
Please treat the house as if it were your own. Report any damage immediately to the Host.

This is an absolutely gorgeous property! High end, luxe. It was well-stocked with amenities in the kitchen and bathrooms. The setting is in a safe, gated community. A car is necessary as not much is within walking distance, and would require walking on the main busy road. This community will be beautiful once all the construction is done, I’m sure. The property management company was extremely easy to communicate with, very responsive.

¡Tuvimos una excelente estadía! ✨ El espacio es hermoso, cómodo y perfecto para grupos grandes. La cocina está completamente equipada y las amenidades del condominio son muy bonitas y agradables para disfrutar durante la estadía. También queremos destacar la amabilidad del personal de seguridad, quienes siempre fueron muy atentos con nosotras. La ubicación es excelente: está muy cerca del centro de Jacó y, a aproximadamente 300 metros, hay una plaza con tiendas de conveniencia, lo cual resulta súper práctico. ¡Disfrutamos muchísimo nuestra estadía y definitivamente lo recomendamos!
