The space

This modern beach house offers a perfect mix of tropical comfort and style. Inside, you’ll find two cozy bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and an open living area that connects seamlessly with the outdoor spaces. The kitchen is fully equipped for family meals, and large sliding doors open to a private pool, BBQ area, and sun loungers surrounded by lush greenery.

Guests can also enjoy access to Casa Praia’s exclusive beach club, just steps from the ocean, with beautiful gardens, a restaurant, and direct beach access. The house is ideal for families or couples looking to relax, surf, and explore the best of Jacó and the Central Pacific coast.

House rules

Welcome The Town at Praia! We want every guest to enjoy a safe and relaxing stay, so please take a moment to review these important rules before your arrival.

1. Registered Guests Only
Only the guests listed in your reservation are allowed on the property.
Unauthorized visitors or extra guests are not permitted under any circumstance.
Our security team has full authorization to deny or block entrance to anyone not included in the booking.

If you wish to invite someone, please request approval from the Host in advance. Unapproved guests or gatherings will result in immediate cancellation of the stay.

2. Quiet Hours
Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. This helps keep a peaceful environment for everyone.

3. Pool and BBQ Area
Use is exclusively for registered guests. Please supervise children at all times.

4. Respect the Space
No parties, no loud music, and no smoking inside the house.
Please rinse off sand before entering the home or pool.

5. Security
Praia is a private gated community with 24/7 security. Always close the main gate after entering or leaving.

6. Care for the Home
Please treat the house as if it were your own. Report any damage immediately to the Host.

Guest access

Guests have exclusive access to the entire house, including the private pool, BBQ area, terrace, and fully equipped kitchen. The property is located inside Casa Praia’s secure gated community, where guests can also enjoy the private beach club surrounded by tropical gardens and direct beach access.

Casa Praia is just one minute from downtown Jacó — a vibrant beach town full of restaurants, surf shops, and energy both day and night. It’s the perfect balance between tranquility and convenience.

Out of respect for neighbors, parties and loud music are not allowed. The house is ideal for families, couples, or friends looking to relax, surf, and explore the best of the Central Pacific. Guests will also receive a digital guide with check-in details, local tips, and optional services such as grocery delivery, private chef experiences, and daily cleaning upon request.

Our stay was amazing. I loved everything about this place. So close to everything literally five minutes away from the beach with a beautiful strip full of amazing restaurants. It was so easy to access anything the host’s were amazing and everything was immaculate definitely inspiration for my future home !! Words cannot describe how relaxing and beautiful this stay was. There is construction going on being that this is a new construction but nothing unbearable, thanks for making my birthday special !!

Great space for a family - gated, very safe; beautiful, large pool 5 min walk from house; 3 playground spaces within development; 5 min drive from Jaco beach (has lifeguard). The house is super-clean, plenty of towels; great communication with host. Would go back and recommend to friends!

El condominio está a 2.5 km de Jaco, por lo que es necesario usar auto para acceder a restaurantes, bares, supermercados y la playa, o caminar 30 minutos por una carretera algo peligrosa. La casa está cerca de la entrada del condominio, pero alejada de la casa club, lo que complica llevar comida, bebidas o flotadores. Además, se encuentra cerca de la carretera, generando ruido si las puertas de la terraza y el balcón están abiertas, y carece de privacidad, ya que los transeúntes pueden ver hacia el interior. Es importante destacar que la casa tiene una piscina privada y cuenta con aire acondicionado en toda su extensión. Las camas son cómodas y el mobiliario es moderno y nuevo. También dispone de WiFi rápido y estable. El condominio ofrece gimnasio y una piscina adicional para esparcimiento, así como carriles para nadar. Nos hospedamos por 4 noches y disfrutamos nuestra estadía una vez que nos adaptamos a la ubicación, haciendo que el condominio sea un lugar ameno.

Disfrutamos mucho la estadía en esta casa. La propiedad está en un condominio a menos de 5 min de la playa en automóvil, es una zona segura y tranquila. Cuenta con un área social con una piscina muy amplia, cancha de volleyball y un área con mesas y sillas muy cómoda. La casa está super bien equipada, cuenta con una cocina completa, lavadora y secadora de ropa, aire acondicionado y ventanas insonorizadas, que hacen que el ruido de la carretera sea apenas perceptible. Le dan mantenimiento diario a la piscina y área de terraza. Un lugar muy recomendado!

This place is a new build so some homes are still getting built in the gated community. The host was fantastic and we couldn’t have picked a better place. The location was very close to local strip that has bars, restaurants, and shopping. The home had everything we needed to have a great vacation for our family. The beds were comfortable, the pool was a nice touch and we felt very safe. If you are searching run don’t walk and book this location.
